*** Our cleaners are police checked and honest hard workers, but we require the clients to be
responsible not to leave valuable items.
*** We require the clients to take a photo of the property when booking for a service with us.
*** Payment is required upon booking.
*** Client is given 48hrs cancellation notice or $45 cancellation/ call out fees apply.
*** Quotes given to clients are for normal cleaning, extremely dirty property conditions will incur extra charges.
*** Client/Agent is given 24hrs to inspect the property after service and contact us if there are issues.
*** If complaints made after 48hrs, extra charges applies to rectify the problem.
